Lauri Kettunen rated it it was ok Apr 05, Maybe a good book for the USA market but definitely not for the UK as all it talks about is US property market and its laws, loop holes etc, etc and completely waste of money for anyone living outside the US. Being a landlord can actually be fun – if you do it right.

We have to understand that and protect ourselves accordingly. If I were the author, I’d consider rearranging the work and reducing the filler.
